Doctoon nominated for the 2003 Tech Awards.

Doctoon has been nominated for the 2003 Tech Museum Awards in the Health Category. The Awards is an annual program that honors individuals and organizations that are creatively applying technology to improve the human condition.

The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose (California) is a cosmopolitan museum singularly focused on technology — how it works and the way that it is changing every aspect of the way we work, live, play and learn. Its people-and-technology focus and the integration of advanced technologies into visitor experiences and infrastructure, distinguishes it from other science centers.

Launch Ceremony on October 13th 2002
Notre-Dame de Grâce Clinic in Gosselies.

A few months ago, DocToon was installed in the Notre-Dame Clinic in Gosselies, to the great delight of the children.

The launch took place on October 13th 2002. The little virtual character was welcomed enthusiastically into the care team, as demonstrated in the speech made for the occasion by Doctor Philippe Watillon, Paediatric Department Manager.
